About Mount Meru Trekking

Meru Trekking refers to the climbing and trekking activities on Mount Meru, which is located in the Arusha Region of Tanzania, east of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Meru is the fifth-highest mountain in Africa, standing at 4,566 meters (14,980 feet) above sea level. It is an active stratovolcano and a popular trekking destination, offering a somewhat less challenging alternative to Kilimanjaro, while still providing a spectacular experience.
