Overview of the 2-Day Budget Camping Safari
A 2-day safari will give you a chance to visit some of Tanzania’s most renowned parks, enjoy game drives, and stay in basic yet comfortable campsites. The itinerary is designed to maximize your time with wildlife while keeping the experience affordable.
Day 1:Arrival
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha town. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning.
Overnight at: Africana Grand Hotel
Day 2: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning, after your breakfast our Signature Safari guide and driver will collect you for the 130 km drive on good tarmac road with a picnic lunch on board to the Lake Manyara National Park. Along the way we pass the Maasai in their colorful clothes by the roadside tending their cattle with the beautiful sweeping Rift Valley landscape drawing our attention to the beauty of Planet Earth. Manyara is host to the dizzying sight of the multitudinous flamingo and also harbours a wealth of wildlife such as lion, hippo, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, blue and vervet monkey, warthog amongst many many more. An ornithological paradise with over four hundred species of bird having been here recorded. We will enjoy our picnic lunch during our extensive game drives and, with day coming to a close and the African night descending, spreading shadows all across the land, we end our way to our carefully selected lodgings to relax in anticipation of dinner and take our overnight rest in the accommodation according to your request. Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Arusha
After early breakfast, you will depart for a full day of game drive in Tarangire National Park. This park has the largest concentration of elephants, often seen bathing in the Tarangire river, lots of giraffes, monkeys, impalas, and many birds. It is also one of the best places to see lions, leopards, and lions. In the late afternoon, you return back to Arusha.

Day 4:Departure day: Arusha to Kilimanjaro airport(JRO)
After a breakfast, you can go for an optional Arusha town tour to visit the Cultural Heritage gallery, the Tanzanite Experience, the Maasai market, before transfer to Kilimanjaro airport to check in for your departure Flight.
